Owner-side civil engineers for construction and real estate projects in Germany
Schneider Theißing is an engineering consultancy for construction, real estate and advisory, based between Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Heidelberg. Our civil engineers act exclusively on the client side: for owners, investors, funds, lenders, developers and industrial companies with projects in Germany.
We represent the owner on construction projects, supervise execution under HOAI work stage 8, review change orders under VOB/B, prepare progress reports for lenders and technical due diligence before acquisitions. Our core region is Frankfurt Rhine-Main (Rhein-Main), the Bergstraße and Rhine-Neckar; for larger mandates we work across Germany. We work in German with contractors and authorities and in English with international owners, programme teams and lenders. Meetings take place at your office, on site or by video.
